Setting up a RIDGID 4512 Table Saw
I have been using a 1977 Craftsman table saw for going on 10 years now. It has served me well but I need some of the modern creature comforts like a blade guard, kickback pawls, and a riving knife. After shopping around for a bit I chose to upgrade to the latest iteration of the RIDGID 4512. This is by no mean a cabinet grade saw, but with a little patience and setup you can get this thing cutting reliable and repeatable cuts. In this video I show you just how I go about setting up this saw.
In this video I show you the best way to get perfect cuts every time. I also show you the ins and outs of the 5 cuts method and building a simple and function table saw sled.
Let me know if you have the RIDGID 4512 in the comments or another contractor saw that you like? Did these tips help at all?
